How it works
I work with clients at all stages, from babies waking every 45 minutes at night, to simply needing support with extending naps. Wherever you are, we would start with a free introductory 20 minute call (or WhatsApp voice notes) to talk through your challenges and ask any initial questions. I won’t then ask you to spend a week logging sleep or collecting data, I appreciate how exhausted families are so we can start straight away!
Initial Consultation
We will then book in an initial consultation call for 1hr15. This will be a chance to get to know you, your current situation in more depth and your sleep goals. I’ll also share some of the science behind infant sleep, as well as provide some information to help start you off. I’ll then go away and make a plan tailored to your specific needs. I do not focus on or advocate one specific technique, what fits one child might not fit another. It may be that the initial call is all you need; there might be some quick easy fixes or something simple to implement / trial for a while. If that’s the case, then we will leave it there and I’m happy for you to reach out if you need any advice/adjustments in the future.
More Support
If you need a bit more support, after the initial consultation we will schedule a weekly 1 hour call. You may just need one of these calls or a few, it all depends on the situation, but I will let you know in the initial consultation. During this weekly call I can provide you with more science to understand what’s happening, and a tailored programme with gentle adjustments each week until your child is sleeping well.

Meet the Founder
7 months in with my firstborn and she was waking almost every 45 minutes throughout the night. I was absolutely exhausted and feeling the very real effects of sleep deprivation. I’ve been there and I know just how debilitating it can be which is exactly why I trained to become a Gentle Sleep Practitioner. Sleeping independently is a skill that has to be learnt, it’s not innate. Of course every child will eventually learn to sleep on their own, but with the pressures of modern day life and the need to return to work, I don’t think there’s enough support for mothers out there - and a lot of conflicting or confusing information! With my second baby, I was able to see what it could be like. By 5 months he slept with very little assistance and by 7 months he’d dropped his last feed and was sleeping through the night. I was a different person the second time around and it made me all the more passionate about sharing this knowledge with others. My goal is to support parents in getting better sleep without having to leave your baby to cry, because sleep shouldn’t come at the cost of connection.
